Shipping and Returns Policy
Products on this Site will only be shipped within New Zealand.
Deliveries: We will use all reasonable endeavours to dispatch orders received no later than four business days after the day your order is received by Little Big Wolf Wines, and you have received order confirmation from us via email or equivalent means. We are not liable for any delivery failure or delivery delay caused by an event or failure outside of our control, such as but not limited to the third party freight company.
Should we for whatever reason fail to deliver any or all of the products ordered, you may elect to cancel your order unless we have contacted you and you have agreed to delivery at a later date. This policy does not apply to any pre-order products which will specify the date the products will be available prior to your order being accepted.
In the instance where we fail to deliver your order or part of your order, or there has been a delay that has caused you a proven loss in relation to such delay, and this failure or delay is within our control, our liability shall be restricted to payment of the cost of replacing the order or part of the order as we may determine in our sole discretion.
In the event your delivery is damaged upon arrival, or if there is a shortage of (or missing) products, please contact our team no later than three days after receipt of products. We may require documentation and/or visual examples of damaged products. If we have taken responsibility for the delivery of products, we will replace at our cost any products damaged on delivery upon verification of the damaged products. Delivery is complete when the products reach the address or instructions you have specified for delivery. We will be responsible for arranging the delivery of products unless you arrange otherwise with us.
Store Pick Up: If you have clicked Store Pick up please note there could be up to 7 days to process your order for pick up. Please contact Little Big Wolf to arrange pick up from your designated area (Christchurch or Blenheim) - stace_lloyd@xtra.co.nz, or 0276972289.
Refunds: Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened. If you believe the product is defective and has been opened we require it to be returned and inspected. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
